Client Review & Approval

Upon receiving the digital deliverables, clients will have the opportunity to review and request modifications if required.
 Final acceptance is confirmed once the client approves the deliverables or upon closure of the revision window specified in the agreement.


Quality Assurance

Before submission, every project undergoes internal testing and quality review to ensure that it aligns with technical, functional, and design expectations set during the project briefing.


Communication

We maintain consistent communication throughout the development lifecycle. Clients receive regular updates on progress, milestones, and delivery schedules to ensure transparency and clarity.

To enable smooth delivery, clients must:

     Respond to communication promptly

     Share timely feedback, approvals, and review responses

     Ensure availability for testing or handover sessions

Delays due to client-side dependencies may affect delivery dates.
